What we collect

The answers you type into the fit check: your name, role, email and phone, your company’s name, website, state and industry, and the facts you give about its size, history, systems and records. We also keep the time you agreed to be contacted, the wording you agreed to, your browser type, and a scrambled (hashed) version of your IP address, to prove consent and stop spam.

We don’t collect your company’s files or records, and the form doesn’t accept uploads.

Why we use it

To check whether your company fits what buyers of AI training data ask for, to contact you about it, and, only when you tell us to, to introduce your company to those buyers.

Who we share it with

We share your contact details and answers with a buyer only when you ask us to make that introduction. Buyers may pay GIGAOffer a referral fee if a deal closes. We don’t charge you, and we don’t sell your information to anyone else.

Our website and database run on Cloudflare, and Cloudflare Turnstile runs the spam check on the form.

How long we keep it

Until you ask us to delete it, or 24 months after our last contact with you, whichever comes first.
